Pleasant Experience For a first time car buyer, I was extremely hesitant and anxious about signing my life away to a 3 year lease. The gentleman I worked with didn't pres For a first time car buyer, I was extremely hesitant and anxious about signing my life away to a 3 year lease. The gentleman I worked with didn't pressure me, and I came back 3 different times before signing the lease. While he stayed in touch regularly to make sure I didn't have new questions or concerns, I never felt annoyed or as though he was hovering to make a sale. Everyone else in the dealership was very friendly and respectful (as they should be) but it all felt very natural and as if they cared more about my well being and not my potential sale. The only complaint I have is the gentleman in Finance didn't seem to know too much about my lease deal, specifically. I asked a question or two that he couldn't answer which I felt was little odd, seeing as how he should know the banking details of my deal. I got a response of "Ya know, I'm not sure. I'm just the bank guy and you should have gone over that with your Sales guy". He did, however, get me through and done very quickly, which is why he may not have known all my specific lease details. I appreciated how short of a time I had to wait and how quick signing went, as from experience, not all dealerships are fast on Finance. (Boyfriend had to wait at least an hour at Toyota!) Overall, I'm happy. It was a good place to go! More

Best Priced Ford Dealership in Bexar County!!! After researching on the internet, Northside Ford had the largest inventory with a 10-12% less price for our 2015 F-150 criteria search throughout the After researching on the internet, Northside Ford had the largest inventory with a 10-12% less price for our 2015 F-150 criteria search throughout the local Ford dealerships. Even my previous Ford dealership pricing were 20% more than Northside Ford for the same like item. Without any hesitation, I would recommend Northside Ford to anyone and to do an internet search to see the great deals they offer verses other dealership. I am 100% disabled and I couldn't walk the huge lot even though I tried. Winded, tired and by chance, I ran into Ramiro Sepulveda outside. Even though he was dealing with another customer's vehicle that was being serviced, he immediately offered us water as he walked us to his office after hearing me. Mr. Sepulveda performed an inventory search with my criterias and found several F-150 for us to look at. He immediately got a goftcart to transport me to the vehicles, showed us everything within our budget, trim and color and was so fast to tailor it down to two trucks. We test drove one truck and it was a keeper. If I didn't get the sidebar installed, I would have drove home, but instead it was a done deal in two days tops.
