I definitely felt like this was a different dealership and they wanted to make their customers happy and being the right car. Rich was great and I highly recommend as he was very personable and seem to re and they wanted to make their customers happy and being the right car. Excellent experience, great customer service all around. Shout out to Joe French for his quick help, and kindness. He was very hekpful in getting my husbands truck in quickly for repairs while organizing a rental van for me and my kids. He even helped me move carseats over (which is never a small task). We have loved our service at Klaben Ford Lincoln so far! Our sales team was also stellar, shoutout to Cassy Mathes and Rich Sieber who went above and beyond to get us into the truck we were looking for. It's hard to find such a good and reputable dealership these days and this place has outdone themselves! Thank you all! More
