Friendly sales. The sales person I dealt with was genuinely nice and not pushy or phoney. Came back for that reason for a second truck. I wanted to take a moment to pass on some feedback regarding my inter I recently had an experience purchasing a truck through Richard at Walker Ford. I wanted to take a moment to pass on some feedback regarding my interaction and treatment by Richard. From the first moment, Richard struck me as a professional and likeable representative for your company. His customer service was exemplary, he was extremely knowledgeable and he took the time to really discover what was needed to address my business and personal needs. He thought of things I had not even thought of, and collaborated with me to find the ideal solution. He was most helpful when placing the order, ensuring every detail was addressed and the order was clear and complete. I made travel arrangements from Chicago to pick up the vehicle, and Richard went above and beyond to pick me up from the airport! He didn’t miss a beat to follow up with me after I picked up the truck, just to make sure everything was perfect. It is too often that letters are written when a customer has a negative experience with a company. In this instance, I feel that taking a moment to ensure that Richard’s management team is aware of the top-level talent they have in Richard is the least I can do as a very satisfied customer. He is a fantastic resource for the customers at Walker Ford, and I hope he is recognized for the above and beyond customer service that he provides.
