We have always brought our 3 vehicles to Bredemann since they moved to the location on Dempster. I’ve been very pleased with Richard in the Service Department. I had a very bad experience with their service. I took my car in for service 2 months ago and spent almost $5000 and did everything what was recommended by the them. Their promise was if I did all the servi car in for service 2 months ago and spent almost $5000 and did everything what was recommended by the them. Their promise was if I did all the service what they recommend my car won’t have any problems for next five years. Recently my car started having troubles again. When I took it back to them They said I need to replace my transmission for another $5000. If they were little bit more honest at first time around when I took the car in for complete service I would never have spent $5000 dollars on a service and asking me to spent another $5000 after 2 months later. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I think this is a scam and not telling the customer the truth. More

Taking service to the next level. I needed immediate service to correct a serious problem with the fuel system with my daughter's Highlander. Richard provided immediate and accurate he I needed immediate service to correct a serious problem with the fuel system with my daughter's Highlander. Richard provided immediate and accurate help to correct a problem that 2 prior mechanics had missed at other shops. He got the parts next day and stayed after the dealership had closed to solve the problem with his talented mechanic to make made sure the work was done correctly. Richard has serviced all 4 of our family's Toyotas. He has earned our trust. Bredemann is indeed fortunate to have him as a member of their team. More

Having worked with Syed Hussain on my last 3 deals, I can say he’s a wonderful sales agent with whom to work! He knows the cars/SUVs and he’s committed to working with me, as a repeat customer. Syed will do his best to make you happy as you drive away in the brand new car you want, with all the features. Jack Prato, in Sales was also terrific incomplet8ng our financing. He did a great job helping us understand all the paperwork and completed the deal in very little time. Both Syed & Jack have followed up to make sure we’re happy. Since I Care for all my cars with attention to everything that needs Service on time, Richard Vasquez and Andy Maravola, in the Service Dept. Are always very attentive to my needs. My car needed some recalibration for PCS sensors My prius was not able to use radar cruise control....tried Northbrook Toyota Dealer....no way those guys were saying to solve the problem under 5k....
