Richard Viole was lovely from our first telephone conversation to the last socially distanced fist bump/handshake shared once I was in my new lease. To me looking for a car is drudgery and didn't even want to entertain going on a beautiful Saturday, but I did...and boy am I glad that I did. We went to BMW of Tenafly which is not far from home to look for a Certified Pre-Owned car that I could purchase instead of leasing again. We were then introduced to Richard Viole and my whole outlook changed. He was as wonderful to work with as I could have ever imagined. His kind and gentle nature made him a pleasure to work with. He found me the right car, at the right price and the rest is history. I am now the proud owner of a CPO BMW X-5 and couldn't be happier. The auto arrived in the time-period given. I was introduced to the controls,etc. of my new BMW by another person named Crystal Letsios. She showed me how to use the controls and instruments. I called her around 6p.m. with a question, and she called back early the next day to address my inquiry. So my experience at BMW in Tenafly was very good. More
