My family and I came to Florida when I was eight years old. Automax used to be a skating rink my sister and I would come to as kids. I have been employed at Automax for seven years now And they still won’t let me wear my rollerskates to work. I have one daughter and six crazy dogs. Something tells me I’m glad it’s not the other way around. If you ever find yourself at Automax, just asked for Rich, and I will give you the grand tour. Until then have a blessed day.

I never give a 5,but let me tell you something. My son took me there when ed n I needed as new car.He bought his there & I was sooo happy I did.I needed a newer car and the guys were sooo good to me, no took me there when ed n I needed as new car.He bought his there & I was sooo happy I did.I needed a newer car and the guys were sooo good to me, no pressure whatsoever, i sat and waited while my son came home and got my trade in,they bought me a soda and talked to me like I were family..We had gone to 4 other dealerships but were totally ignored. I don't know why,maybe it was because it was raining out..I will go there every time I need a new car, just because i was so comfortable. I won't be going back nor will I recommend them to anyone. Our salesman, Rich, was pushy and loved to hear himself talk. He wouldn't negotiate or even consider negotiating and kept repeating himself. The finance manager was nicer and helped a little more, but Rich was quite arrogant. Maybe some people fall for the "high pressure" sales or believe everything they are told, but I don't...and Rich kept pushing and wouldn't budge. Even before I came in, I called the night before about the vehicle and he was very smug with his answer. IF you go there, and that's a big IF, ask for someone other than Rich. More
