Richard in the service department was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I ended up a little confused about the payment and had to pay more than I had initially been told over the phone, but it was helpful. Unfortunately, I ended up a little confused about the payment and had to pay more than I had initially been told over the phone, but it was a comparable amount. The service department was able to help with an AC issue that I've been trying to figure out for months. I had already taken it three other places and they were unable to help figure out my specific problem. The service center was able to locate the issue and they let me know that it was under warranty - so that was good news! As far as my AC it feels like it's working much better. (However I feel like it's working at 80% of my expectation and not blowing as cold as I'd like it in this AZ heat.) More
