First service of my new Civic Mr. Vargas met me immediately and advised me it would take about 45 minutes to provide the service and wash my car. It was exactly as he indicated. Dead Battery : ( I had a dead battery on Friday. I was able to start the car and drive to my mechanic. Being the good guy that he is (Tony's Auto on 56th and Thomas) h I had a dead battery on Friday. I was able to start the car and drive to my mechanic. Being the good guy that he is (Tony's Auto on 56th and Thomas) he reminded me that my battery was still under warranty. He had me call Showcase and see if they could fit me in right away. I spoke to Richard and he told me to come in. They saw me right away, had the battery and installed it and gave me a carwash. No cost! I'm grateful for an honest mechanic and for the folks at Showcase Honda. I will be returning for all of my recommended car check ups. More
