She LISTENED to me as I told her my problem. She proceeded to contact the right people in the service department. Quickly, I was told to take my car to the service department. She followed me. There a young man came to the car, checked everything, fixed what needed to be fixed. Neither of them tried to convince me to buy this/ that, get service that I didn't need. They fixed my problem. I wish all the agents could be so professional! More

I hung in there. For 3-4 years have had Richard Vargas as my service advisor. He takes great care to provide the best service. He’s personable, professional and knowledgeable. First service of my new Civic Mr. Vargas met me immediately and advised me it would take about 45 minutes to provide the service and wash my car. It was exactly as he indicated. Mr. Vargas met me immediately and advised me it would take about 45 minutes to provide the service and wash my car. It was exactly as he indicated. What I especially appreciated was that the car was not just serviced and washed, but the inside was cleaned and wiped. That REALLY made me happy. The whole experience was outstanding!
