Manager did his best to fix issues. Service tech guy didn’t read my ticket and fri t desk lady relayed his information. I said I had water in my front light. I was told the tech did t see that and couldn’t recreate the problem. I showed up and an inch of water was in my light. I showed the manager and he apologized. The service crew needs addressed. I was with 3 other folks have similar issue with service team. Not addressing actual issue. And of course I was 20k miles over the warranty so of course it’s not covered. Just disappointed More

My issue is more with the service department than with the dealership. Every single time I call to set appointment for service I get excuses as to why I can’t get appointment for the times I ask. I live the dealership. Every single time I call to set appointment for service I get excuses as to why I can’t get appointment for the times I ask. I live in Gloucester and it’s a bit of a drive to come to the dealership. I like to schedule appointments when it’s convenient to me not the dealerships’. Also, the last time I brought car in for oil change, I requested a tire rotation and the lug nut key was not returned to my vehicle. I brought it the the attention of the front desk person and she told me that she would put a note on the system but that there was nothing they could do. The reason I know it was not returned was due to a flat tire issue that luckily I was able to get fixed with a plug but when looking for the nut lock key it was nowhere to be found. I think the service department should replace missing key or reimburse me for the key that was in my opinion “stolen” as it was never put back in places. Whomever took key, went thru my glove compartment without asking permission. This to me is very unprofessional and service folks should not be going thru your car without asking permission. More
