They said my bulb was bad and it was the connection not the bulb, so I had to wait 2 days before getting it re-inspected it wasted my time and me and my husbands gas. Was given another customers information on several occasions throughout my servicing. Was not called back promptly when messages were left. When calling to inquire about my vehicle, they can't assist occasions throughout my servicing. Was not called back promptly when messages were left. When calling to inquire about my vehicle, they can't assist with information; only that an ADVISOR will call you back. Inquired about more serve only to be misquoted in pricing and told that a service isn't warranted; even though I know that it is. Will not be returning to Kia Greenbrier. I will go 30 minutes out of my way to another Kia dealership. By far the worst and most unprofessional serve I've ever received. More

Be leary of the 5 star reviews. I was offered an incentive to leave a 5 star review. I was sent a request to leave a review after I had a oil change in February but didn't respond. I was offered an incentive to leave a 5 star review. I was sent a request to leave a review after I had a oil change in February but didn't respond. I then got a call offering me an incentive to leave a 5 star review. The caller didn't know what to say when I replied my review couldn't be bought. Unlike previous oil changes, this one went smoothly. Unfortunately they wouldn't schedule my state inspection because the were booked out almost 2 months. Both inspection and oil change are free as I purchased my car new from them. More

I had a scheduled service for a drop off at 8:00 and a pick up at 12:00 on a Saturday. I dropped my car off the night before because my son had a 8am basketball game and before the game started good Kia w pick up at 12:00 on a Saturday.
