Dealer Preparation and Detailing - Subpar For starters upon inspection of the car, there were black scuffs on numerous areas of the chassis for which the salesman removed with some cleaning fl For starters upon inspection of the car, there were black scuffs on numerous areas of the chassis for which the salesman removed with some cleaning fluid. The Interior of the car had a black mark on the driver's side pillar, still visible even after cleaning attempt. Dashboard has some sort of glue on the glossy area, I had to remove. Aluminum frame around the plastic has some defect (not horrible). A rubber band apparently is still dried onto the turn signal. Two weeks after accepting delivery, the car was low on washer fluid and I literally used it maybe 4-5 times, it took over 1 gallon. Is this not "dealer prep"? More

Audi WPB has almost figured it out. Couldn't have asked for a better salesman than Hector Miramontes, especially while shopping for an all electric vehicle. He helped us understand the E-tron history and what positives the vehicles had to offer, as well as a couple of negatives (range, for one). That said, we've recently bought several cars and with each, including Audi WPB, the so called "Finance" experience is getting to be longer and more involved with them all. We'd sent the information (driver's licenses, names for the title and the fact that it would be a cash purchase. None the less, it still took us over three hours to complete the step. That's crazy! Dozens of signatures required to do nothing else but satisfy management and legal that they have covered every risk possible. Even ten years ago the experience was faster and easier. That process still needs work. More
