Texted Ricardo Bautista on Monday and on Thursday I had my car ready for pick up. This time I choose the GLS-450 and I couldn’t be more happy! The car is awesome and fit all my kids, the interior space is what I was looking for. But the best thing was the process of buying it because it was so incredibly smooth thanks to Ricardo Bautista’s support and also Paolo from the financial department who had everything ready for me to sign and I bought the car in 20 minutes thanks to their professionalism!!! The communication with Richie and Chris, the dealership’s financial point person, was phenomenal. Unfortunate events occurred a week after I purchased the car and I was in need of urgent services. I was in contact with Mike and he most certainly took care of me the best he could and the services were done quickly. I recommend visiting MB of Boston for the best possible car-shopping experience!
