Born and raised in Maspeth Queens...Moved to Long Island 2007. I like to go to the gym and eat as healthy as I can. Currently, I have 4 turtles that I enjoy tending to. Two are red ear sliders and 2 are Russian tortoises. My parents were tropical fish breeders so when I found my first turtle it was only natural to continue caring for him.

Very Rude, Un-knowledgable Sales Rep Went to this dealership to look at the LS. Had one of the most dissatisfying experience. Upon first entering, the experience was excellent. Peopl Went to this dealership to look at the LS. Had one of the most dissatisfying experience. Upon first entering, the experience was excellent. People greeted you and asked if you needed help. If you said, no, they respected that and backed off. The people in the front desk was also very nice and provided wonderful service. Brochures were provided on request and the nice lady who was there even answered basic questions about the car and notified me of an upcoming redesign of the LS. Once i got assigned a sales rep, that's when things went down hill. Richard although he was able to answer basic questions about the car, was not knowledgeable enough to even know the features/packages that came with the car. Instead preferring to answer my question with "I will show you the package inside." That by itself would be excusable. However, his attempt to relieve my concerns over the spindle grill (which I personally hate) by telling me that all future cares (not just Lexus, but other manufacturers) will have spindle grills going forward was implausible enough I realized Richard would make up anything about these cars. At this point, I no longer trusted Richard, but I continued asking about the car anyways. I decided to tell him about where I am coming from so hopefully he would be able to let me know if the car can satisfy the role I was looking to use it for. Richard, from what I can only guess was because he was not knowledgeable enough to answer my question, cut me off mid sentence to tell me that this is something that I need to decide and he was not interested in that. Regardless, I did like how the car felt inside, so I continued on. At his desk, while waiting for him to provide me with the list of features of the car, proceeds to take my information down. When we realized I didn't want to leave my main phone number and address to avoid receiving annoying calls or mail proceeded to inform me that I was being very rude. At this point I ended the process. I can not imagine how Richard even thought of continuing this discussion after him having said that. A sales rep is the face for the dealership and provides a glimpse of what I can expect from the dealership going forward should I get the car. I could not get myself to purchase from Rallye knowing that this maybe how their service department interacts. I did speak to Anthony the Sales Manager. He was very polite and offered to personally oversee the purchase should I choose to get a Lexus. He and the front desk staff are the only good experience I had at this dealership. I can see how Anthony sets a good standard. If only Richard would follow them. Lexus was on the top 3 of the list of cars I was considering. There was a good chance I would have gone through with a purchase if not for this experience. Note: Anthony was purposely not flagged in this review as he provided excellent service and I did not want his ratings to drop because of this. More

Once I start talking to Richard Repanes about hybrid cars he showed a very friendly, comprehensive approach and took me for a test drive.I have ended by buying the attractive champagne-color car the same day because of Richard who is a great professional and friendly person. I have known Josh Weiss for awhile. Let's put it this way, my family has leased 6 cars from him and I have referred people I know to him. He explains everything to me and takes the time to make sure everything goes smoothly. When he is not there he makes sure his team Wayne and Richie knows about me to handle things quickly. My time is usually very limited so there is n time wasted. I am literally in and out in 30 minutes. How many people can say that about a car dealership. It usually takes hours of back and forth. You get what you pay for and they take service to the next level. Mike Reidy from the service side of the dealership is very nice too. He tells you what your car needs when you bring it in for maintenance. More
