Just wanted to commend "Richie" the service rep who did NOT try to take advantage of me, like his manager did. Richie was pleasant and fair. I did more service through Richie without scare tactics. Also the windshield salesperson clearly lied because after the car wash, inspection showed NOTHIING wrong! Shameful practices to pad the bill.
