Totally Awesome Experience I just brought my second vehicle from Win Kelly GMC. First time I was always blown with sales Rick Applegate was great to work with. The finance depar I just brought my second vehicle from Win Kelly GMC. First time I was always blown with sales Rick Applegate was great to work with. The finance department even gave me a lower rate than I was approved for by my credit union. After getting my 2014 GMC Acadia the service department was outstanding (you find out how good when you go to other places for service). So when a change in my family status happened I figured it was time to talk to Rick Applegate again. Now, I had brought my 2014 Acadia in for service when they noticed something was wrong with my timing chain gasket. I scheduled the appointment, when I came in within ten minutes I had dropped off my vehicle and received the loaner vehicle. When I was returning the loaner to pickup my vehicle I asked Rick about the costs for the 2018 Terrain. Once it got worked out the Finance Department gave me a great rate. I left out that day with the Terrain. Again just a great experience. More
