I absolutely do no recommend this dealership. I purchased a car out of state without the ability to view it. They provided the inspection report. The car was not perfect, they disclosed certai I purchased a car out of state without the ability to view it. They provided the inspection report. The car was not perfect, they disclosed certain issues, which I was fine with. One of the issues was the car not blowing cold are and "needing freon." This is one that they said they would fix. When I the car was delivered 1000 miles away, it turned out that they did not fix the one issue they said they would. They said the car needed freon, but the actual issue was a compressor that was not turning on. Whoever the mechanic was, misdiognosed the issue (or tried to hide the real issue during sale?) This is a $2500 repair. I tried to work with the manager (James Ayres) but they are going with the story of the mechanic that "the car was blowing cold air" when the fault in the comptuer clearly states that the compressor was not working when they had the car in their posession and cold air can not possibly blow without the compressor being faulty. I do not mind buying a car with known issues, but part of the deal is making sure that fixes occur that are promised, which in this case it did not happen. More

I bought a two year old car. The purchase process was pretty painless. My only real issue is they gave me one Acura fob and and one cheap one without remote start function. I asked if they'd give me another Acura one with the remote start function and they said they aren't willing to do that. I then asked if they would program the fob and cut the key for me if I bought my own. They said they wouldn't do that either. My saled guy was good, and he was very nice. The customer service after hasn't been very good. More
