Service people are good when your in dealer. You can never get a hold of anybody in service. If they do answer they hang up. I purchased a car there. The car was turned into me dirty and were missing mats. The sales person told me that he looked in other cars to take mats and give it to me but they The car was turned into me dirty and were missing mats. No muy contento porque no fueron éticos como esperaba,mi carro fue usado ,cuando hice la prueba de manejo tenía 9 millas y cuando fui a cerrar el contrato el carro tenía 209 millas,se me hace una falta de r carro fue usado ,cuando hice la prueba de manejo tenía 9 millas y cuando fui a cerrar el contrato el carro tenía 209 millas,se me hace una falta de respeto cuando se está haciendo un negocio por un auto nuevo cero millas ,da mucho q desear,yo soy un cliente de muchos años con la Honda y deje braman Honda por brikell honda porque supuestamente me harían mejor negocio y me quedé muy decepcionado,soy fiel a la honda pero este dealer(Brikell Honda no es limpio con sus clientes)es primera vez q esto nos sucede More

El vendedor muy educado pero no estoy 100 % contento con la compra,cuando hicimos la prueba de manejo el carro Yeni cero millas,y cuando fuimos a cerrar el negocio una semana después,el carro había sido usa la compra,cuando hicimos la prueba de manejo el carro Yeni cero millas,y cuando fuimos a cerrar el negocio una semana después,el carro había sido usado por alguien subiendo el millar a 209 millas,lo q se me hace una falta de respeto para un cliente q está haciendo negocio por un carro nuevo,no usado ,y si bien 200 millas no es mucho si es inadecuado el comportamiento de usar un auto q está a la beta como carro nuevo y no de uso,aunque trataron de darme una explicación,ninguna justificación es buena,creo da mucho q desear ,estamos en Estados Unidos donde ese tipo de cosas no deben pasar,soy un cliente de muchos años en la honda y e referido muchos clientes,pero esto me ha hecho mucho q pensar ,teniendo en cuenta q estoy dejando el otro consecionario de braman honda por brikell honda pensando q sería mejor negocio ,la primera vez al cliente debe darse excelencia,es negocio no regalo ,gracias More
