One thing that was great was that Rick communicated a lot with us via text, making it convenient to respond while at work. He also kept in touch with us on a regular basis as we were looking at a few trucks. Some of the other salespeople weren’t friendly and didn’t seem to care if we bought from them or not. Gave great real world advice and made me feel at ease with my purchase. There was no pressure or working for a quick answer. Once I made my decision, Rick went out of his way to insure I got the truck I wanted and it was still there when I could get in. When it came time for the paperwork it was made easy and painless.
