THINK TWICE BEFORE LEASING A CAR FROM THEM LEASED A 2014 CHEVY VOLT. WHEN WE RETURNED IT WE WERE TOLD TO JUST DROP IT OFF AND THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. CARS WE HAVE LEASED IN THE PAST DEALE LEASED A 2014 CHEVY VOLT. WHEN WE RETURNED IT WE WERE TOLD TO JUST DROP IT OFF AND THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. CARS WE HAVE LEASED IN THE PAST DEALER REP WALKED AROUND WITH US TO CHECK ON CONDITION. THE CAR WAS IN PRESTINE CONDITION AND WAS TURNED IN A MONTH EARLY (PAID THE LAST MONTH ANYWAY) AND UNDER MILEAGE. THREE WEEKS LATER WE GET A BILL FROM ALLY (THE LEASE HOLDER) FOR OVER $530.00 FOR:. 1. A SCRAPE AT THE LEFT REAR WHEEL WELL. (WAS NOT THERE WHEN WE TURNED IT IN) 2. DIRT UNDER PAINT FROM PREVIOUS REPAIR ON THE LEFT FRONT BUMBER. CAR HAS NEVER BEEN HIT OR REPAIRED. SUNNYSIDE SAYS THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT AND WON'T GIVE US THE TIME OF DAY. CALLED ALLY AND YOU GET SOMEONE OFF SHORE WHO CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH. SUNNYSIDES' RESPONSE TO THE ABOVE WAS TO AGAIN STATE THAT THE ISSUE IS WITH ALLY, NOT THEM AND TO PLEASE REMOVE THE REVIEW. THEY SOLD US THE LEASE, THEY CHOSE THE LEASING COMPANY (ALLY) AND THE CAR WAS RETURNED TO THEM. More
