He took his time with us, even though it was late in the day, (on a Saturday!) He was compassionate, understanding, and very patient with us, and all our MANY questions!!!! He was very thorough going over all the features, and gave us his cell number to call anytime if we had questions. My husband bought a truck from Rick , a few years ago, and was very pleased with him and the service at Sunnyside. I am looking forward to dealing with them for years to come. I highly recommend Rick and Sunnyside!!!!! More

Rick took lots of time walking us through the vehicles and made sure we really felt comfortable and understood all of the available features and how to use them. He was friendly, polite and very patient. He took great care to make things easy and comfortable for my dad who uses a walker. The process felt less overwhelming with Rick.
