Great Experience I made my initial inquiry online over a weekend. I had an email and a call from someone in the online sales dept. first thing Monday morning. They set I made my initial inquiry online over a weekend. I had an email and a call from someone in the online sales dept. first thing Monday morning. They set me up with Marteen that afternoon. Marteen was friendly. He walked me through the vehicle and explained everything. He was very patient with me and work with me as I had both of my kids and my wife was at work. We took a week or so to make our decision and Marteen was patient and communicated well with me through that time. He saw to it that some issues I found on my initial drive were taken care of. When it came to making the sale Marteen was easy to work with and fair. Great experience here. More

Walking put the door happy with a vehicle you want is there I recently just totalled my car. I could not havr picked a bettet dealership to come to then McDonald Cadillac GMC. I was originally referred to go see Rick by a few friends he was very compassionate and nice. He let me know first thing when I got there he was going to take care of me. "At first I thought uh oh is this a good thing"? . Rick had to leave and had Bill finish helping me look at vehicles. He was very helpful I asked him if we could go down the street and look at the Kias. I was Interetested because I had never drove one before and heard they were great cars. At this point we had already test drove a couple vehicles. I found a vehicle right next to two Chevy Cruz that had just came in THA T I really likes. BILL let me take it for a drive and I fell in love. The only problem is with me getting into an accident I was on a budget and he was aware of this. He immediately said don't worry O am going to see if my boss will do it. He went out of his way to accommodate to my circumstance and I was able to leave with a KIA FORTE 2014 with 30K miles.
