Happy Customer Purchased a 2010 SRX Cadillac in 2015 from this dealership. Had several repairs on the vehicle with cost totaling over $2500. Some repairs were cove Purchased a 2010 SRX Cadillac in 2015 from this dealership. Had several repairs on the vehicle with cost totaling over $2500. Some repairs were covered under the extented warranty purchased, but some cost were paid out of pocket. The manager gave me a call after my last repair and said they would be willing to work to see about getting me out of the SRX and into a newer or different vehicle. I was paired back with my original salesman. Rick worked very hard to get me out of the 2010 SRX (85,000 miles) and into a 2012 GMC Terrain (29,000 miles). I appreciate the time and energy Rick put into getting me out of the SRX and into the Terrain which still had factory warranty and very low miles. The car had been well taken care of and was a very good fit for my needs and comfort. Thank you Rick and Mike!! More
