Good Service Just bad quality vehicles So I got a truck from them barley got to test drive it besides from one spot to the used car section very not happy with the truck come to find out I So I got a truck from them barley got to test drive it besides from one spot to the used car section very not happy with the truck come to find out I have to put in over 2,000 dollars to fix it and spent 10,000 on it one window doesn't work the ac don't work let alone they said they fixed the brakes which was a lie because the when I actually started driving it you can tell that they were not fixed. Now the whole back end squeals as you are driving also when hitting the brakes the 4wd is messed up because when you drive it shifts itself to 4 low or auto 4wd. Also when you put it in drive and hit the gas it just revs up that you have to replace it in park and keep doing it till it finally wants to go regardless it don't do it all the time it is just frustrating because i want me and my little one safe and you cant be when that happens or when it just stalls why you are driving and your brakes don't want to work all the time. Not happy with the service that I got an when they finally say they will take the truck back its just they wont allow me another truck which in reality I should be able to pick out what ever I want for a replacement because I am the one paying for it. More

As soon as my boyfriend and I walked through the door, Rick was the first to jump to us and ask how we were doing and what brought us there that day. He made us feel comfortable and I felt from the get go that he wasn't there to jerk us around. Rick was very honest and upfront with us, which was very helpful for this being the first car we would buy off of a car lot. Any question I had, he answered. The next day after buying our car, my key fob had a low battery. My boyfriend took it in and Rick replaced it no questions asked. I would recommend Rick to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. He is the best around! More

I gave the rating of great because I feel that Rick went above and beyond his call of duty. He was responsive to all of my calls, never made me feel as though i was pestering or getting on his nerves. No qu above and beyond his call of duty. He was responsive to all of my calls, never made me feel as though i was pestering or getting on his nerves. No question was a stupid question. He is people friendly and definitely an asset to the McDonald establishment. I would and i will be recommending any and all of my friends to Rick Coombs of McDonalds GMC . My family has been buying cars from McDonald's Cadillac GMC for years. We have always went through Rick because he is very generous, hard-working, and overall, just a very nice guy. He's not your Cadillac GMC for years. We have always went through Rick because he is very generous, hard-working, and overall, just a very nice guy. He's not your average salesman that just wants to rip you off, or drain you for all of your money. Rick wants to help a person find the best car for their budget, and for that me and my family are greatly appreciative. Keep up the good work Rick! I recommend would recommend everyone to buy their car from McDonald's and go and see Rick. More

Mr. Rick Coombs was quick,prompt,and proffesional in getting a deal worked out for me..I was close to moving on to another dealership due to the first sales person i was working with for lack of effort getting a deal worked out for me..I was close to moving on to another dealership due to the first sales person i was working with for lack of effort when Mr. Coombs took over and showed me the promiss land.. Rick Coombs was terrific!! He was genuinely interested in my experience and even went the extra mile to get things addressed on the truck I purchased. He even called me to offer for the vehicle to be broug my experience and even went the extra mile to get things addressed on the truck I purchased. He even called me to offer for the vehicle to be brought to me for my viewing in order to meet the needs of my busy schedule, and when he heard about the details of the financing that I had, he was able to work with the finance folks to find me something much better. I have never has such a positive experience purchasing a vehicle in my life, and it didn't take endless hours waiting around. Thanks Rick!!! More

Upon arriving at McDonald's, my husband and I were treated with nothing but kindness. Multiple people asked us if we needed help with anything and everyone seemed really nice and professional. Rick treated with nothing but kindness. Multiple people asked us if we needed help with anything and everyone seemed really nice and professional. Rick Coombs was our salesman and he was amazing. He was willing to work with us on our budget and able to get us financing all within a day. We went in on a Thursday to look at used vehicles and we drove off the lot on Friday with a GMC Envoy. It was absolutely amazing! We told Mr. Coombs what we were interested in and he was able to pick us out a vehicle that fit both my husband's and my requirements. The vehicle we drove off the lot with was an absolute steal! Not only did it make both of us happy, but the price could not be beat. We will be telling family and friends to stop here for all there car/truck/SUV needs and we will be back when it's time to buy a second vehicle. Thanks so much!! More
