Good Service Just bad quality vehicles So I got a truck from them barley got to test drive it besides from one spot to the used car section very not happy with the truck come to find out I So I got a truck from them barley got to test drive it besides from one spot to the used car section very not happy with the truck come to find out I have to put in over 2,000 dollars to fix it and spent 10,000 on it one window doesn't work the ac don't work let alone they said they fixed the brakes which was a lie because the when I actually started driving it you can tell that they were not fixed. Now the whole back end squeals as you are driving also when hitting the brakes the 4wd is messed up because when you drive it shifts itself to 4 low or auto 4wd. Also when you put it in drive and hit the gas it just revs up that you have to replace it in park and keep doing it till it finally wants to go regardless it don't do it all the time it is just frustrating because i want me and my little one safe and you cant be when that happens or when it just stalls why you are driving and your brakes don't want to work all the time. Not happy with the service that I got an when they finally say they will take the truck back its just they wont allow me another truck which in reality I should be able to pick out what ever I want for a replacement because I am the one paying for it. More

He made us feel comfortable and I felt from the get go that he wasn't there to jerk us around. Rick was very honest and upfront with us, which was very helpful for this being the first car we would buy off of a car lot. Any question I had, he answered. The next day after buying our car, my key fob had a low battery. My boyfriend took it in and Rick replaced it no questions asked. I would recommend Rick to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
