I have been a customer of McDonalds GMC Cadillac for nearly 20 years. Chuck Latty was my sales rep for nearly that entire time. Now that Chuck has moved on he personally referred me to Rick Coombs. Once I got together with Rick I knew it was just a matter of time for the best deal possible to happen. Rick knows his products well and once the best possible deal became available I received a call from Rick. I am now driving a fully loaded 2010 GMC Terrain. The vehicle is 2 years newer than my previous vehicle, has less miles and a better warranty. My payment increased by $43.00 and I came out with a nearly new GMC Terrain. I drove the Terrain to Detroit this weekend and it handles and rides much better thany any like size vehicle I have driven. Hat's off to Rick and the folks at McDonald's GMC Cadillac for getting us into another quality GM product. I'll be back! I also had an experience with the McDonalds GMC Cadillac Service Department immediately after purchasing the Terrain. The entertainment/navigation system would not work and had to be replaced. The staff in Service were excellent! The new part was overnighted to the dealership and installed. I had my Terrain back well before the promised time and have had no issues with the new system. Kudos to Service Dept. also. I will be back in this Service Department for all of the service on my Terrain. More

Mr. Rick Coombs was a very pleasant man to work with and I would recommend him to anyone. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful explaining terms that I was not familiar with as this was my f I would recommend him to anyone. I put my credit application in online but never figured I would receive a phone call. Kevin Jones gave me a ring to let me know he could get me financed and that he was working with Rick. I can tell you, I was a pain in the butt from the moment I walked in the door. Kevin was soooo patient with me, answering all my annoying questions. After spending all morning and a little of the afternoon on paperwork for a particular vehicle my father comes in and changes the whole day around. Rick took over and found us a car that was perfect for me. He was extremely informed about the different cars on the lot and knew just what we were looking for. He put up with my father's extremely dry humor and millions of questions. He had an answer for all of them. I was very impressed. Both of these men were very flexible and had a constant smile even though they probably had visions of choking me. :-) My experience with McDonald GMC Cadillac could not have been better. [By the way, Rick has an uncanny resemblance to Patrick Swazey from the Dirty Dancing era. :-)] More

My husband and I were looking for a vehicle to suit our large family. I previously owned a GMC Yukon XL and it was a good fit but our vehicle had a lot of miles. We had made the decision to trade it in and find something very similiar. We drove thru the used lot of McDonald GMC on a very cold January Saturday morning and we were looking for another Yukon. We initially did not see any but Rick walked out to meet us and he directed us to the very thing we needed and promptly provided us with an excellent price and added a warranty to the vehicle. He was courteous and and efficient. He made us feel very comfortable. We purchased this Yukon and love it. I am also pleased that I will be able to continue to use the service department at McDonald because it truly is the best dealership I have worked with both at service and now at sales. More
