I gave the rating of great because I feel that Rick went above and beyond his call of duty. My family has been buying cars from McDonald's Cadillac GMC for years. We have always went through Rick because he is very generous, hard-working, and overall, just a very nice guy. Upon arriving at McDonald's, my husband and I were treated with nothing but kindness. Multiple people asked us if we needed help with anything and everyone seemed really nice and professional. He was willing to work with us on our budget and able to get us financing all within a day. We went in on a Thursday to look at used vehicles and we drove off the lot on Friday with a GMC Envoy. It was absolutely amazing! We told Mr. Coombs what we were interested in and he was able to pick us out a vehicle that fit both my husband's and my requirements. The vehicle we drove off the lot with was an absolute steal! Not only did it make both of us happy, but the price could not be beat. We will be telling family and friends to stop here for all there car/truck/SUV needs and we will be back when it's time to buy a second vehicle. Thanks so much!! More

I was out car shopping, not quite sure what I was looking for and Rick came over to us. We gave him a price range and he immediately said he had the perfect car, and he did!!! We had purchased a 2011 Equinox from McDonalds and Rick Combs. Approx. 1 week later as my wife was doing some errands before we left for an extended trip, the check engine light came on. I immediately to Combs. Approx. 1 week later as my wife was doing some errands before we left for an extended trip, the check engine light came on. I immediately took it over to the dealership to have it serviced as the trip was going to be over 3000 miles. Rick Combs immedately took charge and had it brought in for service, at that time Mr. Bill McDonald walked through and asked how my day was going, I explained, ad he informed Rick to get us an appropriate loaner car to finish getting ready for our trip. If repairs were going to take to long we were to take the loaner on the trip and worry about our vehicle when we got back. Rick was fantastic to work with! I had an appointment to travel up to Traverse City to purchase a truck from ANOTHER DEALERSHIP, and the deal went south. The purchase price listed on their website was not correct and it almost cost me a 5 hour trip in the car. I decided to travel to McDonald in Saginaw to see what they had and met Rick. He hooked it up. Everything was right in front of me from service records, auto check history report, certification and price. Rick earned the deal immediately. The entire team went above and beyond my expectations with the final product. I will be back. More
