I was out car shopping, not quite sure what I was looking for and Rick came over to us. We gave him a price range and he immediately said he had the perfect car, and he did!!! We had purchased a 2011 Equinox from McDonalds and Rick Combs. Approx. 1 week later as my wife was doing some errands before we left for an extended trip, the check engine light came on. I immediately to Combs. Approx. 1 week later as my wife was doing some errands before we left for an extended trip, the check engine light came on. I immediately took it over to the dealership to have it serviced as the trip was going to be over 3000 miles. Rick Combs immedately took charge and had it brought in for service, at that time Mr. Bill McDonald walked through and asked how my day was going, I explained, ad he informed Rick to get us an appropriate loaner car to finish getting ready for our trip. If repairs were going to take to long we were to take the loaner on the trip and worry about our vehicle when we got back. Thank Mr.McDonald , Rick Coombs for all you did our vehicle was repaired in a little over a hour. I'm sorry I didn't write this complement sooner! Gerrit & Diane Rose More

Rick was fantastic to work with! I had an appointment to travel up to Traverse City to purchase a truck from ANOTHER DEALERSHIP, and the deal went south. The purchase price listed on their website was not correct and it almost cost me a 5 hour trip in the car. I decided to travel to McDonald in Saginaw to see what they had and met Rick. He hooked it up. Everything was right in front of me from service records, auto check history report, certification and price. Rick earned the deal immediately. The entire team went above and beyond my expectations with the final product. I will be back. More

I have been a customer of McDonalds GMC Cadillac for nearly 20 years. Chuck Latty was my sales rep for nearly that entire time. Now that Chuck has moved on he personally referred me to Rick Coombs. Once nearly 20 years. Chuck Latty was my sales rep for nearly that entire time. Now that Chuck has moved on he personally referred me to Rick Coombs. Once I got together with Rick I knew it was just a matter of time for the best deal possible to happen. Rick knows his products well and once the best possible deal became available I received a call from Rick. I am now driving a fully loaded 2010 GMC Terrain. The vehicle is 2 years newer than my previous vehicle, has less miles and a better warranty. My payment increased by $43.00 and I came out with a nearly new GMC Terrain. I drove the Terrain to Detroit this weekend and it handles and rides much better thany any like size vehicle I have driven. Hat's off to Rick and the folks at McDonald's GMC Cadillac for getting us into another quality GM product. I'll be back! I also had an experience with the McDonalds GMC Cadillac Service Department immediately after purchasing the Terrain. The entertainment/navigation system would not work and had to be replaced. The staff in Service were excellent! The new part was overnighted to the dealership and installed. I had my Terrain back well before the promised time and have had no issues with the new system. Kudos to Service Dept. also. I will be back in this Service Department for all of the service on my Terrain. More
