For the first three years when I bought the car, VOLKSWAGEN service was great. For the past two years, I’ve always seem to run into a problem with them. They seem to have a loaner car issue that has been persistent for over a year. My most recent visit, they were not communicative or professional at all. Just seems like they hate their jobs. Specifically the service managers. I don’t know what changed. I will only service my car with them because that’s where I purchased it but for the past two years it’s always been some type of problem which is very frustrating. I will not buy another car from them UNLESS it’s written into an agreement that service will be at least somewhat accommodating. More
