EXCELLENT experience in every way. Best car dealer out there I dealt, primarily, with Rick Dyer. I've been buying vehicles for over forty years, and Rick is an outstanding salesman. The process can be stressfu I dealt, primarily, with Rick Dyer. I've been buying vehicles for over forty years, and Rick is an outstanding salesman. The process can be stressful; but not with these guys ! I knew exactly what I wanted....I wasn't going to compromise, and with Rick , I didn't have to. The Tacoma I bought exceeded expectations. I researched this product extensively; I knew the best possible price for this amazing truck but didn't have to haggle, both Rick Dyer and Chelsee King had it dialed in. There was no BS, just honest car people with integrity. In all my years of buying from dealerships, SLOANE and it's staff are the best of the best. I did have to drive over an hour from my home in Southern Delaware, but it was well worth it. A final note: after buying my new Tacoma, it took about three days to get a ride back up to the dealership to bring my new ride home; Rick parked my Taco front and center of the showroom and kept an eye out, even checking to make sure I had locked everything securely. I've rarely seen such remarkable attention to detail and friendly service ; every aspect of my buying experience with the SLOAN staff and especially Rick Dyer was above and beyond.......and I absolutely love my Tacoma TRD-OFF Road.
