Fair, Balanced and unprecedented Best car buying experience I've had. They kept all promises and didn't play any games at all (unlike a Toyota dealer in Doylestown!). Fair value paid for my trade, fair price paid for the new vehicle (Sequoia)', and Rick the sales guy, business manager Shawn and GM Mike were off the charts in my view. Professional, good humored, and easy to work with. Shawn the business guy was great explaining the finances and, on top of that, is one of our Veterans having success outside the service. (Great hire Sloane...be good to those Vets). Thanks again to the team. I'm sold on Sloane. (Ps...deal raters 'star function' wasn't working so I couldn't input the star ratings--they all would have been 5 stars.) More

Stopped by to buy touch up paint and ended up with a new car Rick Dyer was a very helpful salesperson. He did a great job explaining the advantages of trading my 2010 RAV4 at this point, I got a fair trade in v Rick Dyer was a very helpful salesperson. Everyone there was very helpful, including Mike Fine in the finance office. This is the third vehicle I've bought from Sloane and I've been very happy with the service over those years. More

This was the second new car that we have purchased from Rick in the last 2 years. He knows the market well and always puts the customer first. We were undecided on what to buy and he let us shop at our own pace. He listened to our ideas and made some great suggestions. We purchased a 2014 Highlander that is fantastic. Their new location is great and their entire staff is very helpful. We have recommended both Rick and Sloane Toyota to many other people. More

Same old 'Bait and Tackle!' My husband received a phone call from Cassie Marshall stating that she had a 2013 Highlander with ZERO miles and leather seats for $22,278. She stated that it was left over from last year's inventory. My husband spoke to Cassie and Mike, her supervisor. Additionally, I received 2 emails, with their PRICE PROMISE, with a vin number and stated price. So, I take off of work and drive 50 minutes to Malvern. Only to be greeted by Rick Dyer, who is very charming and acts as if he can't find the stock number. Then, he tells me the vehicle is sold…oh, no it's the wrong stock number….oh, no Cassie got it mixed up! WHAT? Which excuse is it, Liar? So, at my request he calls Cassie, who is in the internet sales department in Glenside! she states the price and he then says, "You know that's a $40,000 car!" By then I got out of my seat, and told him to have a good day. I could no longer seat through all the lies! He tried to offer me other Highlanders starting at $37,000! Are you serious? Forget healthcare reform, Congress should try CAR DEALERSHIP reform! After dealing with several car dealerships I must say Sloan Toyota of Devon is hand down the best place to do business! They are there to listen to what your needs are and they will find what works for you. The Sales Associate, Rick Dyer was not pushy but very friendly and helpful and made my purchase a pleasant one. After purchasing my car I met with Mike Bishop the Assistant Service Manger who explained everything to me in such a all around pleasant atmosphere! I had also had the opportunity to meet The General Manager, Mike Nasrat who was so pleasant and such a great guy. I have given several business cards of Rick Dyer to a great deal of friends who are looking in the near future for a car. The only thing I can say about Sloan Toyota of Devon is WAY TO GO!!!!! More
