On 5/24/2021, I Went for my 2015 Ford Edge factory recall which was done. I was told that it needed a new battery and they can get me one for $85, and was given jump start. Since then nothing happend. recall which was done. I was told that it needed a new battery and they can get me one for $85, and was given jump start. Since then nothing happend. Took the Edge to other place and was told the battery is good. They did same last year for my 2013 Focus, took it Franklin Ford and was told the service was not needed. This is like “pennies and Dimes store”. I just went there because it’s closer to my house. Wondering if they ever done recall service to my Edge More

The service advisor was great, checked me in very quickly. The only constructive feedback is, the availability of appointments after 230pm is difficult which isn’t easy for someone that works an 8-5 quickly. Also, the following day, I discovered the skid plate on my vehicle that covers up the oil pan, filter and drain plug wasn’t properly fastened and started to drag under the vehicle, unfortunately had to stop by the service department to have them reattach it. From the outset, when at first there was no loaner available to 30 minutes later when Rick worked his magic and got one, to 3 ho Herb Chambers Ford.
