I was very happy with my trade-in value and got a good deal on a new (used) truck. Given the COVID-19 pandemic, most RMVs in my state were shut down and by appointment only. I was able to get an appointment and Rick took care of everything else! He even met me at the RMV and waited in line, in the rain, with me to make sure the sale was finalized and the truck was properly registered. He delivered my new truck and was able to take my trade-in back to the dealership. Rick was extremely friendly and responsive during the entire process; I would definitely recommend him. The financing part, which Rick was NOT involved with, was just ok. I had to really advocate for myself and "push" the financing department to check other banks in order to get a rate I was happy with. Overall, I had a good experience with this dealership and would go back. More
