He went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and needs from the first call to the last moment when I drove off the lot in the EXACT model I was hoping for. Bonneville Jeep was the only dealer within 50 miles that had the 2015 Jeep Willy Jk color orange. We were met by sales person Rick Goulette, and asked him if the Willys was available. Rick told us the Willys was inside on the showroom floor. My eyes popped as soon as I saw the Willys, the thing I noticed first was clean detailing of the vehicle. Having owned five Jeep Wranglers in the past, I knew this was the one. Mike the sales Manager appraised my four door Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and gave a very fair trade value. I have never been to a dealership were I felt so comfortable, there was no pressure or haggling. The Willys being driven off the showroom floor was really cool, I have never bought any vehicle off the showroom floor before. I drove home that day with the Willys! More

In the market for a new minivan and got a GREAT deal!!!! My husband and I have been in the market for a few months to upgrade our van. We live in Nashua so we looked at local dealerships around here. We met with a salesperson......went to meet him again in a few weeks....he wasn't there so we talked to someone else. That was not a pleasant experience so we kept looking. On a whim I checked out bonneville and sons and saw they had a huge selection of certified used vans. I made a call on a Friday and spoke with Rick Goulette. He gave me a ton of info....set something up for Sunday. He ended up calling me back with more info on a van I was interested in and I decided we should come by that night. My husband and I went up to bonneville, test drive a great town and country and ended up buying it the next day! It was by far a much better experience than what we had in Nashua! Rick was great....always called back quickly......followed up all day Saturday on financing etc and even checked in Sunday. It was a great expierence and I highly recommend Rick and Bonneville and Son! More

Who knew a test drive would be so fun? I went to this dealer just to look at the new Renegade Trailhawk. I had no intentions of buying anytime soon but liked the truck so wanted to check i I went to this dealer just to look at the new Renegade Trailhawk. I had no intentions of buying anytime soon but liked the truck so wanted to check it out. I was given the initial tour and went on my way. I went back the next day to take it for a test ride and the salesman told me I know a great spot to show you exactly what this can do. Off we went to some trails up over the lake. The minute I hit the Mud (yes in a brand new 2015 Jeep) I was sold! Ed was not your typical salesman. He was like a buddy along for the ride. Not pushy but very professional. He explained all the features of this Jeep and then showed them. Once my decision was made the process was smooth from the test drive to driving my new Trailhawk off the lot. This was my first brand new car and Ed and the team made it a great experience. A shout out to Rob Hemond the finance manager for taking the time to explain the details of the purchase. Very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealer and be sure to ask for the off road test drive ;) Thanks Ed! More

I was treated very well by Rick Goulette as he helped me find the Jeep that I wanted. I had done a lot of research before going to the dealership but when I got there the two Jeeps I had picked out had just been sold. Rick took me around both lots to see the ones that were available and we were able to come up with a deal on a Jeep that had more features than the two I had picked out. At the end of the day I purchased a Jeep that was far nicer than what I had expected to get but paid what I had planned on. Very happy to be a part of the Bonneville family! Thank you Rick & Norm! They even let me take a Dodge Ram to go pick my wife up at while all the paper work was going through. would definitely buy my next car here. and i will also suggest it to family and friends. More

Left better off than when I came in. I was looking to stay within the current payments I had on the vehicle I was trading in, which by today's standards was a low payment, which didn't ma I was looking to stay within the current payments I had on the vehicle I was trading in, which by today's standards was a low payment, which didn't make it easy for my Sales Assoc (Rick Goulette) After exploring my options and looking around the lot he was able to find me a vehicle 7 years newer and less mileage than my current vehicle and keep the payments pretty close to the ones I currently had which wasn't easy. I wasn't able to take the new vehicle on the day of purchase because it had just come in and they wanted to make sure it was pristine before handing it over. It was ready on the day promised a couple hours early and in said Pristine condition with new tires new wipers and new brakes, pads, and rotors. I would definitely do business with Bonneville and Rick Goulette again. More
