I am a proud father of 4 great kids. My wife Caryn and I are dog lovers and have a Chihuahua named Chia!! We own a home and live right here in Manchester. When I'm not working, I enjoy working on the house, gardening, and cooking. I really love my job! I enjoy meeting new people. Through my career I have worked in every department, reconditioning, parts, service, and sales. His walkaround knowledge of the vehicle was impeccable, point knowledge on all questions I posed and led me to online information clarifying topics. He took the time to set up my personalized information (phone, etc, and gave a thorough explanation of computerized screens, which I was unfamiliar with. Rick was very welcoming and personable the moment I walked into the dealership. He has years of experience in the industry and it shows.
