I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and lack of communication. I had to call myself just to find out what was happening with my sister's vehicle—even though I'm her brother and live halfway lack of communication. It's unacceptable that a mother of three was left without a vehicle for 22 days because of poor communication between departments. Customers deserve timely updates, honest communication, and follow-through.
