Drop-off is so smoothe and always a great start...after all, they are my first impression! Then on to Rick, my regular service advisor. Rick is a really great guy that always ensures I get everything I have come in for, and keeps me informed (by text) of what’s happening and when my car is ready! Then, the fun part...paying for my service call. She is so friendly, ready at the drop of a hat, takes my money (LOL) and sends me back to my busy day. Yes the car itself it great but having a service guy like Rick gives me confidence I will always have a honest evaluation of my car needs. He is always efficient and responsive to my calls when I have a tight turn when I drop my car off,. Lexus rental car service allows me to go on working since my car is also my 2nd office. Lexus new shop on Camelback is very welcoming and its nice to see Mr. Tex Earnhardt in there on occasion. Bought my first Subaru from him many ,many moons ago and the guy still stands behind his high quality service! And that ain't No Bull! More
