We experienced no high pressure sales or push toward specific vehicles. Our sales rep Martinis Hughes was terrific helped demonstrate vehicles both used and new. Explained features and offered suggestions and tips without adding any pressure. Martinis listened carefully to our feedback and interests and bridged communication with other dealer staff to make our purchase experience less stressful and much easier. We have had our vehicles serviced at Mike Juneau’s for many years the service staff is very good and the Service Manager Tim Lisowski is a customer satisfaction oriented person. Very helpful, Knowledgeable and available to help with service needs and options -his advice has been very valuable in helping us getting much better longevity out of our previously vehicles. At Mike Juneau’s- The Dealer is the Difference! Customers are treated professionally with respect and appreciation for our business!
