Engine failure My 3 year old GMC Yukon Denali engine died at 106,000 miles, shortly after servicing. Gm initially would not stand behind the engine due to warranty e My 3 year old GMC Yukon Denali engine died at 106,000 miles, shortly after servicing. Gm initially would not stand behind the engine due to warranty expiration, even tho a catastrophic engine failure. Mike Jones Gmc went to GM and convinced them to share in the cost, as I had religiously had it serviced at their shop. Thanks to the dealer, a new engine was installed with a reasonable warranty cost sharing. More

Terrible service I purchased a vehicle at Mike Juneaus Brookfield Buick and GMC. Within a week, I was asked to return because the paperwork was messed up. After 2 week I purchased a vehicle at Mike Juneaus Brookfield Buick and GMC. Within a week, I was asked to return because the paperwork was messed up. After 2 weeks of owning the car, I had 4 lights including check engine, traction control, brake & cruise control come on. After returning the vehicle to have it serviced, I was told that they would have to send it to another garage for service and that I would have to pay for half of the cost. In addition, when I inquired about a loaner vehicle during this repair, I was told that they didn't offer that. When I persisted they said again that I would have to pay half. Horrible experience and seriously considering returning their lemon. More

Service ends when you leave the lot. I had a great sales experience. I purchased my car, and then took it out-of-state as I was leaving for school. Two months later the entire steering wh I had a great sales experience. I purchased my car, and then took it out-of-state as I was leaving for school. Two months later the entire steering wheel was shaking as I was breaking. I took it to a local dealership to have it checked. The rotors were rusted and pitted, they said the car (a certified pre-owned) should never have even left the lot and that the rust came from salt on Wisconsin roads. I bought it in July and then drove it south, where they don't even salt the roads. It cost me $350. Martinis was slow to get back to me. He asked if there was any way I could get it to Wisconsin - the dealership in Georgia told me I couldn't drive it off the lot without it being fixed immediately. Then, Martinis told me Rick Katz would call me to discuss a resolution. He never called me. I sent photos from the local dealership, all the paperwork, the dealership here even advised me to have Rick call them when we talked. He never called. Martinis tried to tell me that the dealership here ripped me off. He said the rotors should have been resurfaced. The dealership here said that this was a cover for the fact the rotors should have been replaced before the car was sold. It has been over five weeks and no one has called me. I filed a complaint with GMC and still have not heard anything. Martinis will give you a great sales experience, and then you will never get help from them again. I was promised repeatedly that I would receive a call, and that a resolution would be found. I had to follow up a dozen times before I even filed a complaint. I was ignored and dismissed. I got the distinct impression that they were just hoping I would go away. Rick Katz has no respect for his customers, he doesnt follow his word and he won't answer his phone or return your calls. I thought I would absolutely be a repeat customer, but I would never give this dealership my business now. The total cost of the repair was under 2% of the total car purchase value. They could have even covered the cost of the proposed resurfacing cost, but they decided to hope I just went away. More
