Product Update/PA State Inspection I made an appt. for my Inspection, but a few weeks later received a letter about a Product Update that needed to be done . I called again to see if I could have both done on the same day. Egon graciously helped set that up for me. I was happy because I didn’ t have to go down on two separate days. When I arrived , a nice young man greeted me with a big smile, verified my paperwork and took my keys. The work was done in a timely manner. When the work was done, another nice man explain the work that was done and Brittany checked me out when I paid the bill. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! Everyone I have dealt with always cares about the kind of service that you receive to make sure you are satisfied at Burne Honda. That to me , is why I come back time after time to buy a vehicle at this dealership, since 1998! More
