The service technicians are very knowledgeable I have been going to the Service Department of Burne Honda since 1998 and have never been dissatisfied. The service technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. They give you an appointment quickly.Your vehicle is taken in quickly and the work is done in a timely manner.When the work is completed, they review everything that was done . If I had any questions they took their time answering my concerns.If they find a problem that I didn’t know about, they come and explain the situation thoroughly. If it can be fixed that day, they do. This appointment was dealt with in the same manner. When I called, I was given a quick appointment, and had my choice of days and times! I thought that was great! My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner, the work was thoroughly explained to me, I paid the bill and off I went. Also I have called the dealership different times just for advice and it was good advice. I feel comfortable there and trust them. It is the only place I go for service, More

Probably not ever returning I spent 71.02 for an oil change and tire rotation; had to return because the mechanic forgot to give back the tire log nuts. Then, on the way home - I spent 71.02 for an oil change and tire rotation; had to return because the mechanic forgot to give back the tire log nuts. Then, on the way home - the tire pressure light came on. Once, I got home, my husband checked the tire pressure and the one tire only had 29 lbs while the other 3 had 32 lbs as they ALL should!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So shouldn't the mechanic known to put the SAME AMOUNT IN ALL TIRES!!!! More
