Great service from start to finish! I called in earlier in the week and was directed to speak to Rick. He gave me all the information he could over the phone and we set up an appointment I called in earlier in the week and was directed to speak to Rick. He gave me all the information he could over the phone and we set up an appointment to meet that weekend to look at the Odyssey and Pilot. He helped us with the all the information on both and let us test drive them. He wasn't pushy or trying to rush us into anything. We were trading in my Sienna and he was able to give us a great deal for our trade in and helped us with the extras we ordered. He was very knowledgeable on our Odyssey and made sure we were taken care of when we went over to see Kevin in finance. There was a bit of a wait, and we were fine with it. Kevin was nice, professional, knowledgeable and made sure to throw in some free oil changes for waiting. He didn't try to sell us a bunch of extra stuff. My husband and I said when we need another car we will be going back to Matt Burne and hopefully Rick and Kevin will still be there! More

Time Stemrich was our financial agent there and he helped us pick a plan that worked and gave us great advice as well. New Year CRV I had been looking to trade my car at another establishment on 12/30/17. Saw a CRV that I liked, but the place was closed. On my way home, I stopped at the Honda dealership just to look. I met Rick Kinney who was happy to answer my questions, show me a beautiful CRV and allowed me to test drive it. He was never pushy or impatient with me. What I didn't know was they were about to close, He stayed over just to make sure I was satisfied..Thank you Rick.
