Once we called about a vehicle to put ahold, it was assumed that we were just going to take it. They wanted all info for paper work before we even got there. Although we decided to purchase the car, i assumed that we were just going to take it. They wanted all info for paper work before we even got there. Although we decided to purchase the car, it should not have been assumed. It's possible communication got confused between Rick and the person we spoke to on the phone. Rick was nice, but we did not like the assumption of yah they are just taking the car. He had no interest of even showing us this car when we were first there. More
