Overall good experience, however, did not like the slightly shady process with Finance Manager. I was told a particular price for a particular mileage (12k) which was higher than I expected. I spoke up to see whether I could have a cheaper price for 10k miles, they said it was a mistake and just bumped down my miles to 10k. If I hadn't spoken up I would have ended up with more mileage and they talked behind a glassdoor (probably to makeup whatever story they were going to give me to increase their margin)...did not appreciate that More
