Had the car cleaned and ready for a test drive. Our sales rep, Rick, did a great job of walking us through features. We had done some research on pricing so there wasn't anything to haggle about. They were great at taking our really old trade-in. Financing paperwork only took about 30 minutes. While I went home to grab the trade-in to drive back, they had the car detailed, gassed up, and ready to go. Rick walked me through the maintenance schedule, manuals, and helped set up the bluetooth link to the car and walked me through the stereo/computer features. They go above and beyond to make sure that you get the most out of what the car has to offer, and are willing to help whenever/however. More
