I was needing an oil change on my van but was planning to do it in the coming couple of weeks. The odometer was warning me it was coming up. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency and I needed to drive ove do it in the coming couple of weeks. The odometer was warning me it was coming up. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency and I needed to drive over 50 miles out of town for the weekend & needed to make sure my van would be good to go & not have to worry about regular maintenance while away from my home area. I called on a Friday when we got the news, an hour before the service department closed, to see if I could get a quick appointment & was able to, especially since I already had the oil & filter it needed. Thankfully, they were able to get me in & get it done the same day! I felt much more confident my van would then be okay for the trip and the stay I needed for the four days I would be gone from home, with my elderly mother along with me. I wasn’t sure if I would’ve needed to stay longer or not, thus going over when I was previously planning to have it changed. Thank you very much Auto Park Ford, Sturgis for squeezing me in real quick!!! More

You guys were awesome! We took the Lincoln in for service and you told us what the problem was and how long it would take to fix! I was told the recall service was to take 60 minutes. At around 40 minutes the service consultant came out and explained what other work could be done. I declined and had to wait almost another hour before around 40 minutes the service consultant came out and explained what other work could be done. I declined and had to wait almost another hour before I was told my truck was ready. Not happy that so much time was spent in an effort to up sell me services and parts. Sure the facilities are nice but I really hate the layer of people between the customer and the tech actually doing the work. I know this is the way most dealers are heading but I don’t like it. More
