Forthright, Attentive, Flexible My experience with this fine dealership begins in the service department. I had bought a 2005 Ford F150 out-of-state over a year and a half ago. I b My experience with this fine dealership begins in the service department. I had bought a 2005 Ford F150 out-of-state over a year and a half ago. I began bringing it in to them for regular service and a couple minor repairs. The service was always prompt and courteous. The few times that I needed to leave it with them for a day or two, they had excellent newer loner vehicles available. Thank you, Gwen & Rick! When I found myself looking for another vehicle, they asked what features I needed, what ones I would like to have, and what I had in mind as for age, mileage, and budget. Then Sandie hit it out of the ballpark, having me test drive three vehicles Saturday morning, all of which met these five criteria well. She was willing to work with my schedule and able to meet me for the final sale late Monday evening. Thank you, again, Sandie! More
