Unprofessional Time to put this out there so hopefully I save someone the same experience that I have been through. At the end of December Ron and I mad a decision t Time to put this out there so hopefully I save someone the same experience that I have been through. At the end of December Ron and I mad a decision to buy a new to us car. After a lot of research we decided to stay more local and we went to Auto Park ford in Sturgis Mi. We found a 2017 Ford Escape. The night we drove it home we noticed it pulling to the right. The next morning I call when they opened and told them and we also noticed that it was dirty inside after we where told they had cleaned and did a check on everything. We where told to bring it back right away. We went back on monday. They test drove it and said there was nothing going on with it that it was the roads. The car was loud and still pulled when we left. We also payed for a hitch package to be in stalled. A couple weeks later I took the car in to have the hitch put on. When I looked at the hitch they had cut it out crooked and uncentered. At this point Ron called and took the car in to be looked at. When Ron got there the head mechanic Rick took him on a test drive where he got in Ron’s face telling him there was nothing wrong with the car!!! Ron told him to get out of his face. Rick yelled in his face “what are you going to do about it???” Ron drove back to ford told them and called the police and waited. Nothing was done. Rick still works there!! They ordered a new piece of the bumper to be replaced and when they got it I took it back and they redid it. It still is off centered. I talked to the General manager Brent about it pulling to the right. He checked the alignment and said it was good. They said one of the tires where chattered a little but that was no big deal.Brent also measured the tires and they measured at a three. He also told me that if I wasn’t happy with them I could go to a different Ford dealer!! He told me this few times! I said that you would think you would want to make this right. I left and called Jorden Ford of Mishawaka. When I got to Jorden Ford we talked and I told them about the back right tire and we went on a test drive. He could not believe how loud it was. He said that he couldn’t even tell if there was other noises because the tire was so loud. He measured them and the tires measured at a 2- 4 a new tire measures at a 9-10 anything under a five the dealer normally replaces the tires when they get them. So I ended up buy 4 new tires payed for A balance and alignment. 1241.79. Today I went back to Auto Park Ford and was told they will not pay for any of it. Brent said the we never even talked about the tires. I always thought that the alignment had to do with the tires and that if you talked about a chatter tire that was about the tires. So people be ware!!! Do not go to Auto Park Ford. They do not make thing that are wrong right. And they let the employs treat their costumers unprofessional because as Brent said. Rick is passionate about his job!!! Well my Husband is passion about the safety of his wife!!! More

They went above and beyond my expectations I have been looking for a used Cherokee SRT for a long time now. I finally found exactly the one I wanted here. I traveled 3 hours one way to see it. I have been looking for a used Cherokee SRT for a long time now. I finally found exactly the one I wanted here. I traveled 3 hours one way to see it. I was dealing with Don Howe via text before my visit, asking any questions about it. Don was very helpful in getting me all the answers I needed. Jackie Williams helped schedule a appointment on Dons behalf while he was off one day so that I can see the vehicle. I obviously did want to travel if the car was no longer there. Upon arriving early Saturday morning, I was greeted immediately by Don and the car was pulled up front ready to be looked at. Although we never were able to make a deal on Saturday, I drove home without the vehicle but had some more time to think about my big purchase. Moe was able to come down a bit on the price for me. Rick in service was able to answer my questions about the vehicle mechanically and put my mind a bit more at ease. I called back Monday morning, and we made a deal happen. Andrew was very helpful in all this also as I was adamant on using my credit union, but he was actually able to get me financed through a different lender and a much better rate. After the deal was finalized on paper, I was trying to figure out how to get back up there to pick up the car. Don called me up and offered to deliver the car to me that same day, I was 3 hours away! I did not request this, they just came out and offered it to me. The was the icing on the cake and going above and beyond for my situation. I had the vehicle delivered to my driveway on a Monday evening. I wish I had the names of the two gentleman that delivered my vehicle, as they were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. They even filled the tank back up for me before it was in my driveway. The car arrived clean and better that when I went up to see it. Don texted me a week later wishing me a happy birthday and to see how things were doing! I would travel again to this dealership in a moments notice as everyone there is friendly and easy to talk to. Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had! Thanks again!!! More
