Autopark Ford is one of the few dealers that I trust to service my vehicle. I live in Maryville, Tennessee and would rather drive the 540 miles to go there than let a local dealer touch my F150. Auto Park Ford was outstanding with there service. I was 3 hrs from home and in a bind, they were quick to diagnose and start to remedy the problem. While the problem was not fixed initially, the service department manager Rick contacted me to see if he could make things right. Rick was extremely polite and courteous. Our experience with this dealership was above and beyond. The service we got from the beginning to the end was the best that we could’ve expected and we would recommend this dealership to all our friends. They really took care of us when our Ford truck computer broke down as we were pulling our fifth wheel to Shipshewana RV Park. From the receptionist to the service manager Rick and the mechanic they were very very good. The technician Ernie that came to our house to replace the PCM was very very good also. I highly recommend Auto Park Ford to anyone! More
