Horrible experience tried to get a tire repair and winded up with a dirty and damaged vehicle.. I tried to call and leave a message twice with no response. They took pictures of the vehicle prior to going i up with a dirty and damaged vehicle.. I tried to call and leave a message twice with no response. They took pictures of the vehicle prior to going into service to document there weren't any damages before going in for the tire repair. I have taken pictures to show the dirty hand prints left on my vehicle. I think that infiniti can do better than this.!! Very disappointed with the excessive 3 hours for waiting on a tire patch. UNACCEPTABLE.! More
