Took very good care of my car. Fixed it's problems and the service manager is awesome to work with and wants to make sure everything is fixed and that your happy. Got to my appointment early, was greeted with a smile by an Attendant. I was expecting to leave my car at Service for the whole day, I was notified within 2 hours that the repair was already done. I had an appointment for an extreme oil change, considering my car has 105,000 miles. Rick Libby is my service guy and always treats me (and everyone) like a VIP! He offered me a loaner but I rec considering my car has 105,000 miles. Rick Libby is my service guy and always treats me (and everyone) like a VIP! He offered me a loaner but I recently misplaced my license, so couldn’t take him up on it. I waited for roughly an hour in their beautiful customer lounge and before I knew it, my car was finished Infiniti style! It was given a bath and vacuum so I pulled out of there with what felt like a new vehicle! Best dealership, best service department, best service manager and vehicle brand, and too! They go above and beyond to insure your satisfaction! More
