My wife and I had been shopping for a car to replace our Dodge Journey. We liked the look of the Equinox and through Costco auto, and Our first contact Krystal Johnson, we found a preowned Equinox that was Dodge Journey. When we came to the dealership Mike Fakhouri was waiting outside and greeted us at the door. We sat down and he told us how he likes to do business. We like this approach as it reduces the chances for ambiguity and misunderstanding. We were shown the vehicle and allowed a test drive. The most important thing I have to say , so this doesn't turn into a twenty minute speech, is that I felt comfortable and was given no pressure to buy. We were not pushed to other vehicles that I had not indicated, or pressured to buy new and finance more. I Have had experiences like that frequently when car shopping and it has never worked out well. The staff at Sunrise were friendly and professional I can honestly say that in all my 50 years of car buying this was the most pleasant experience. Being that I am getting older I am afraid I do not remember everyone's name that helped us but they all were cheerful and pleasant to work with. We drove off the lot with the vehicle we wanted and a payment we could afford. More

Disappointment!, Would not honor their warranty on a vehicle less purchased 4 months ago. Brakes went out and now they want to charge us over 1k to fix. Both Luciano (sales consultant) and Rick (finance director) were very knowledgeable and made sure all my questions were answered. Best of all, neither were persistent in a negative way, which allowed me to feel little to no pressure when making the purchase and selecting the add-ons. I will surely return to them on my next vehicle purchase and would recommend them to anyone. An added bonus is that they are both fluent in Spanish. More
